In association with Davita-Nephrolife, state of art 9 bicarbonate hemodialysis machines is available which provides Haemodialysis and Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis (CAPD). Out of these 9 machineries, 1 is completely isolated for Hepatitis C patients and 1 set-up is Intensive Care Unit for emergency and critical care cases. These machinery comes with volumetric ultrafiltration and adjustable sodium facility, provide better patient safety profile.
Facility for continuous monitoring of sick patient on dialysis through highly sophisticated monitors throughout the dialysis procedure is available. Each hemodialysis session is for four hours duration which can be increased depending on the conditions of the patients as well as doctor’s prescription to provide adequate dialysis per week. Slow Low- Efficiency Dialysis (SLED) is also practiced for critical cases. It is usually of 6-8 hours of duration. Special care is taken for maintaining the hygiene and sanitation
• Heat-clean disinfection of hemodialysis machines after every shift is practiced for patient safety.
• Disinfection of the surface of machinery is also practiced on a regular basis
• Regular disinfection of the Whole loop of R.O. water Supply is taken to provide the best water supply for dialysis
• Unit Fumigation is a regular process to prevent bactericidal and virucidal infections. Supported by highly trained Medical, Technical and Nursing staff, our dialysis unit provides the best quality care to all patients.
